Cellular Optimization was founded in 2003 by Customer request. Our Founder, Brett Thompson had been contacted by many of his former National Accounts. They were unhappy with their cellular representation. Some of their issues were: confusing and contradictory information about the Cellular Industry, the amount of time and effort required to manage their cellular account, the pace of change in the industry, the resistance to cost saving procedures, constantly changing representatives, and the lack of helpful representation.
